Abstract writing guidelines
- A maximum of two abstracts per author/group is allowed for oral presentations.
- Include a clear study design.
- Emphasize clinical relevance (e.g., number needed to treat, minimal clinically important difference), not just statistical results.
- Peer review applies to all submissions.
- Abstracts must be anonymous — no author names, institutions, or countries.
- Product and brand names are not permitted.
- Use only standard abbreviations without explanation; define others at first use.
- Do not split results from one study across multiple abstracts.
- Avoid references where possible.
